WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR / OPERATOR

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator / Operator to join our team based in Saint John, New Brunswick. The Warehouse Administrator / Operator will support the warehousing team in performing general office tasks focused on the accurate and timely completion of daily shipments, receipts and inventory adjustments.
Qualifications:

  • Two years post-secondary education
  • Good time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility (quick changes, ability to adjust accordingly)
  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • Shift work, including weekends
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Operators to process/receive all warehouse receipts in company inventory computer system and resolve inbound shipment errors
  • Support operators to process all warehouse shipments and resolve outbound shipment errors
  • Support Warehouse Manager by processing invoices and completing daily and period end reports
  • Coordinate held product and rework projects with 3PL
  • Process and coordinate warhousing claims and deductions
  • Operate forklift and various pieces of equipment
  • Load trucks with product and complete paperwork for inventory shipments
  • Follow all load protocols as required by our customers and C-TPAT
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and also assist other personnel as needed to maintain the same conditions in the shipping area
  • Create SoP\'s and lead training sessions
