Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen food products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world. We have state-of-the-art potato processing plants in Prince Edward Island, Lethbridge, Alberta, and Jamestown, North Dakota, and an appetizer plant in Wheatley, Ontario. Our Head office is in Dieppe, New Brunswick and has sales office locations in Toronto, Montreal, and Boston.

Reporting to the Warehousing Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Supply Chain Department at Cavendish Farms.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• University degree or College diploma preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Team player with excellent customer service and strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of applications
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process/receive all warehouse receipts in E1, resolve inbound shipment errors
• Process all warehouse shipments in E1 and resolve outbound shipment errors
• E1 Power User (EDI set up/Testing and BCP)
• OS Invoices (Loging, Posting, Estimate and Reconcile Invoice Register to the GL)
• Analyze/Troubleshoot: Open Receipt from deployment, orders to be invoiced, returns, missing freight & Process customer/DC Returns
• Initiative, Perform Ad hoc Analysis, Reporting and failure investigation.
• Communicate with 3PLs to process inv. adjustments in E1\xe2\x80\x8b
