Our West Division is now hiring Labourers for our Concrete crews for the 2025 construction season!

Key Responsibilities

Perform traffic control duties when needed Sweeping sidewalks Back up/line up trucks Job set-up and tear down Load and unload materials/tools from the trucks Other duties as required

Qualification | Requirements

---------------------------------

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred Class 5 Drivers License preferred Physically able to perform manual work Ability to work outside for long hours Able to work in a team setting Previous experience working with a concrete finishing crew is considered an asset Ability to comply with health and safety policies and procedures

Working Conditions

----------------------

Weather dependent schedule of Monday to Saturday, up to 12 hours per day. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable employment standards legislation. Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis. Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. Use of sunscreen, long sleeves, and appropriate headgear is recommended. Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.
