This is a seasonal on-call position with the possibility of further year round employment.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our

snow removal team

for the upcoming winter season. The

Walkway Crew / Snow Machine Operator

will be responsible for clearing snow and applying ice melt on residential and commercial walkways, sidewalks, and entryways to ensure safe access for clients. This role involves both manual labor and operation of snow removal equipment such as snow blowers and small machinery.

What you'll do

Clear snow and ice from walkways, stairs, and entrances using shovels, snow blowers, and snow machines. Apply salt, sand, or other ice control materials as required. Safely operate snow removal equipment including snow blowers, sweepers, and small utility vehicles. Maintain equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly. Respond quickly to snow events, often on short notice or outside regular work hours. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in snow removal or outdoor maintenance preferred. Ability to operate small machinery such as snow blowers, sweepers, or skid steers (training available). Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold, snowy, and icy conditions for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused. Valid driver's license preferred (not required for walkway crew members).
