We are seeking a dedicated, motivated individual who enjoys being part of a team to join our staff of servers. Candidates should have at least one year of previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is outgoing and has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a high volume environment. We are looking for candidates who are organized, detail oriented and able to learn quickly.Responsibilities:

Accept orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Prepare beverages, and desserts in a timely manner.
Provide friendly service.
Follow health department regulations.
Keep your station clean and organized.
Keep track of food and beverage costs.
Open and close wine bottles according to state laws and restaurant procedures.
