We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest health and safety.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic culinary knowledge and food handling experience are beneficial. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building rapport with guests. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is required. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
