Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety protocols Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders Uphold all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

Skills

Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of the food industry, including serving techniques and food safety practices Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and guests Experience with food preparation or barista, bartender duties is a plus Hospitality-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Language requirement: French and English
