We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at Tenon Vegan Sushi. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus to patrons and answer questions regarding menu items and specials. Deliver food and beverages to the tables in a timely and efficient manner. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, offering suggestions, and addressing any concerns or complaints. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with setting up tables, arranging decorations, and maintaining a visually appealing dining environment. Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of food and beverage menus. Fluent English, Chinese speaking preferred.
