We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using cashiering skills Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support team operations Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and handling cash transactions accurately Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members Familiarity with food industry standards related to serving, upselling, and guest services Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not mandatory Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a must
