We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive dining experience for guests. Provide excellent guest services by accommodating special dietary requests when possible. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing portion sizes. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
