Waiter / Waitress
Job Description
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
Skills:
- Must have Serving It Right
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Attention to detail for accurate food preparation and order taking
Please note that previous experience as a server is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Shift times range from morning to evenings, as well as on weekends.
