Visually inspect parts under black or white lighting. Clean, demagnetize and apply corrosion-protection procedures as needed.Prepare or participate in the preparation of chemical solutions, taking samples and empty basins as needed.During pressure or flow tests, perform required setups and connections. Using determined jigs, assemble parts and set up pressure gauge according to determined pressure. As needed, manufacture gaskets on the jigs in order to facilitate work requirements.Using appropriate documents, evaluate non-conformities in order to determine their acceptability. Accept parts within the limits of quality standards. As needed, prepare, follow up on and perform non-quality notifications according to the quality process that is in place, describing accurately the type, scope and location of discontinuities. Perform computer transactions necessary to follow up on parts.
