This position plays a critical role in driving growth for MSCI across all lines of business by supporting the website's progression from a passive function to a value-add marketing and sales engine for the organization.

Following the launch of a brand new MSCI.com, built on a cutting-edge tech stack with a completely refreshed design system, this role will be primarily focused on developing features and capabilities for Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe's Digital Asset Manager, and Adobe Target, as well as a variety of other web-related tools through integrations that support on-site search, custom forms, surveying capabilities, RSS feeds, advanced journey analytics, performance monitoring, accessibility standards, SEO measurement, and more.

As the web platform lead for these digital properties, you will be directly responsible for adding functionality to these services through research and ideation, while also guiding execution through detailed specifications and quality assurance testing. This role will partner closely with our Technology teams (located across several regions) to ensure end-to-end implementation, and for engaging in cross-domain collaboration with the owners of other internal platforms.

• Monitor data from various sources of telemetry to synthesize analytics for identifying areas of opportunity to help inform product decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encourage experimentation, and promote the utilization of new tools and methodologies to catalyze the adoption of marketing capabilities. Manage vendor relationships as a primary representative of the business and organize quarterly business reviews to engage various internal teams in the 'art of the possible'.
• Extensively review the product documentation for our marketing tools and technologies to uncover opportunities for feature enhancements and platform expansion, in addition to conducting continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify trends that will help inform website strategy and positioning.
