We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Partnerships to lead our strategic initiatives in building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners. This role will focus on driving B2B , B2C sales, Franchise and business development -enhancing customer service, and leveraging technology sales to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business Real Estate - Rentals , account management, and technical sales, combined with exceptional leadership skills.
Duties
Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead the B2B sales efforts, focusing on acquiring new partners while nurturing existing relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that promote partnership offerings.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the partnerships sector.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Oversee outside sales initiatives, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training for success.
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the partnerships department while providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
Proven experience in Rentals, B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles.
Strong background in business development and account management with a track record of successful partnerships.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess performance data and inform strategic decisions.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams effectively.
