On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client was founded in 2019 and has built a platform that simplifies automation. They are building a world where any task or process can be replicated by combining human skill sets and automated bots. The founders are "been there done that" and have had previous exits! They\'ve raised over $60M+ in funding, have 100+ employees, and are not slowing down anytime soon. They are looking for a VP of Marketing that will be responsible for building and leading a Product Lead Growth strategy in order to drive growth, increase client acquisition, and improve client retention.

More specifically, your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of 2 in Marketing - responsible for all creative, demand generation, content, PR, inbound/outbound lead generation, and revenue operations
  • Develop, implement, and execute short- and long-term tactical and strategic plans to meet established business goals and objectives.
  • As a member of the Executive Steering Committee, you will be part of the leadership team that sets corporate financial goals, budgets, and key drivers for organizational performance.
  • Develop and execute inbound and demand generation marketing strategies to increase lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and maintain metrics for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and demand generation within a Product-Led Growth framework
  • Collaborate with revenue, marketing and product teams to insure alignment and support for growth initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on growth and demand generation performance to executive leadership
  • Drive awareness, expand consideration, and retention for existing and prospective customers by creating content strategy to support sales and marketing including emails, website, video, podcasts, and social media.
About You:
  • 6+ years of experience in growth and/or demand generation marketing. Preferably in B2C marketing, and in the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through inbound and demand generation marketing.
  • Experience implementing Product Lead Growth best practices and driving product adoption
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and demand generation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
