We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our company's marketing initiatives and drive growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing teams and campaigns. This leadership role requires innovative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experience through WordPress, HTML, and product management tools.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitive activity.
Lead the creation of compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite/Canva or other for campaigns across multiple channels.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities while managing budgets effectively.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports using analytics tools to inform strategic adjustments.
Act as the company's PR representative. Visit partner locations regularly to distribute pamphlets, promote tours, and raise awareness among potential customers.
Represent the company at some industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections and promote the brand.
Skills
Extensive experience in digital marketing with proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and product management systems.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, other creative solutions for content creation.
Proven ability to develop and manage budgets effectively while maximizing ROI.
Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Exceptional sales acumen with experience in developing strategies that convert leads into customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Bilingual in French and English
