What is the opportunity?\xe2\x80\x8b

Vice President Business Deposit Solutions \xe2\x80\x93 Western Canada as part of the National Specialized Solutions team in Business Financial Services, Regional Banking.

What will you do?

  • Lead a best-in-class Business Deposits Solutions team across western Canada
  • Develop and motivate team of business deposit specialists to identify new opportunities, build relationships and achieve growth goals
  • Maximize RBC\xe2\x80\x99s position in the market and bring the best of RBC to businesses, their owners and their employees
  • Accountable for Business Deposits Solutions results, client experience, business performance, and portfolio quality and employee engagement across the business.
  • Collaborate with Business Financial Services (BFS) partners to build and execute on a strategy to capture market share and accelerate growth
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • University degree
  • People leader experience
  • 5 years Commercial Banking experience
  • Knowledge of deposit rate environment and economic factors
  • Results driven mindset with passion for delivering exceptional client experience and advice
Nice to have:
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify trends and optimize market opportunities
