Trillium Health Partners (THP) is inviting applications to serve on its Trillium HealthWorks Committee of the Board of Directors as a non-Director community representative on a volunteer basis. THP launched Trillium HealthWorks in December 2021, as its major infrastructure renewal plan to respond to the community\xe2\x80\x99s future needs. Trillium HealthWorks includes government approved projects including The Gilgan Family Queensway Health Centre, The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital, and community projects including the accelerated long-term care build. The Trillium HealthWorks Committee provides oversight of these infrastructure projects to ensure that quality, budget, schedule, sustainability and other project objectives are achieved within the context of THP\xe2\x80\x99s clinical, corporate, academic and research mandates.

THP is a leading hospital with an outstanding record of performance, fiscal responsibility and quality patient care. The hospital encompasses three main sites \xe2\x80\x94 The Credit Valley Hospital, The Mississauga Hospital and The Queensway Health Centre \xe2\x80\x94 offering a full range of acute care hospital services, as well as a variety of community-based, and regional and specialized programs. We envision a new kind of health care for a healthier community \xe2\x80\x94 an inter-connected system of care organized around the patient, inside the hospital and beyond its walls.

If you are a member of the diverse community we serve and have senior level experience leading within large, complex organizations, playing a role in building stronger communities, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have real estate/capital development expertise, experience with public-private partnership projects, and/or contract management expertise. Ideal candidates are comfortable speaking candidly and openly in a group setting, and are adept at working within an environment of broad perspectives and ideas. Your experience could involve public or private sector organizations, a community service or cultural organization, a religious institution, or other philanthropic endeavours in the communities served by THP.
