Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Support
Answer incoming phone calls, capture caller details, and route inquiries.
Return missed calls with a professional, friendly tone.
Community Engagement (Toronto Rental)
Review and approve member posts.
Apply group rules and maintain community standards.
Partnership & Business Development
Reach out to other business owners to explore collaborations.
Onboard new partners as
agents
to represent The Biz Plans.
Maintain relationships with brokers, lawyers, RCICs, and lenders.
Outreach & Funding Support
Send out templated partnership emails.
Arrange introductions with funding sources and incubators.
CRM & Administration
Manage records in
Zoho CRM
(leads, contacts, agents).
Track responses and schedule calls.
Prepare/send invoices, log payments, and follow up when needed.
General admin support (scheduling, email follow-ups, data entry).

Contract length: 1 month
Pay: From $1.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 per week
