Job Description

Our club is currently seeking experienced and passionate volleyball coaches to join our staff for the 2025-2026 OVA Rep Season.

Positions Available:

Head Coach - U15 Girls / Boys Volunteer Assistant- U15 Girls / Boys
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective practices focusing on skill development, game systems, and team strategy. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture. Prepare athletes for OVA competitions and tournaments throughout the season. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and club management. Support athletes' long-term growth in line with the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
Qualifications:

Previous coaching or playing experience at a competitive level (club, high school, or higher). NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) training/certification or willingness to obtain. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to the full OVA season schedule (tryouts, practices, tournaments, Provincials).
