Head Coach U14 Volleyball

Hours:

Tuesdays and Fridays 2.30pm - 4pm, Wednesdays 1.20pm - 2.20pm plus 1 game/week

Salary Range:

$8,000.00 - $10,000.00 for the term of the contract

HOW YOU WILL THRIVE:

You will coach and mentor our student-athletes to develop their skills both on and off the court. Through training and guidance, you will help players grow in confidence, resilience, and respect for the game, while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED:

Coach the team in games both home and away Plan and implement all practices with the support of the Assistant Coach Hold regular meetings with the Assistant Volleyball Coach to ensure a collaborative and consistent coaching approach Offer guidance and informal mentorship to fellow volleyball coaches in the school Support all aspects of the U14 Volleyball program during the competitive season to include some weekend competitions and training sessions occurring Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays Attend some games and practices on weekends and evenings as required Communicate regularly with both students and parents

Advanced volleyball knowledge and coaching experience Completion of the NCCP Demonstrated leadership in competitive team environments Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to OPHEA safety requirements
