Our health authority client is seeking a Voice Project Lead to guide the voice team in engagement with the business and service providers, gathering requirements, and in the development of solutions and recommendations. SOW20240105GG.

6 month contract to start, 2 possible 6 month extensions.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience managing voice teams in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience developing voice designs and documentation
• Knowledge of Cisco voice equipment and software - with a minimum 10 years\' experience with design and deployment of enterprise voice in mission-critical, 7x24 production environments

• Working with the Director of Communications Technologies, provide managerial support to the Voice Networks team
• Guide the voice team in engagement with the business and service providers, gathering requirements, and in the development of solutions and recommendations
• Guide the detailing of high level voice designs into deployable solutions
• Oversee project voice engineers who install, commission, and test and accept new deployment activities on projects.
• Oversee voice documentation, ensure proper updating and maintaining voice drawings and plans
• Supervise the generation of Bill of Materials to support/manage appropriate equipment procurement.
• Supervise the generation of Work Breakdown Structures to inform project labour projection and resource planning.
• Voice Network team capacity management and development of mitigations to operational, project, and resourcing risks.
• Generate quality assurance structures for deployments and validate outcomes
