Expertise in vCloud Director, VMware Guests, Templates, OVFs, vMotion, DRS, VMware ESX/vSphere, vCenter support & VMware vRealize Suite.
Proficient in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers, including command-line administration.
Ability to handle VMware-related ITSM tickets through ServiceNow
