As a Delivery Driver at SupplyNow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for safely transporting safety and industrial supplies to various job sites and managing vendor-managed inventory for our clients. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to safety will contribute to our company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver safety and industrial supplies to job sites and client locations within the GTA. Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders. Manage vendor-managed inventory programs for assigned clients, including inventory replenishment and stock management. Restock and clean vendor managed inventory locations. Load and unload supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are handled with care and securely fastened during transit. Provide excellent customer service by delivering orders promptly and professionally, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery receipts, invoices, and inventory logs. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the delivery vehicle. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving and parking company vehicles. Uphold the company's standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service at all times. Keep company vehicle maintained and clean at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of commercial driving experience in the Greater Toronto Area. Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of GTA roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns. Knowledge and use of inventory management software programs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, up to 75 pounds continually for long distances. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Experience with inventory management systems and procedures is preferred. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
