About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

VMI Representative

to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting customers face-to-face, and taking ownership of customer inventory needs. You'll be the frontline ambassador for our brand visiting client locations, checking stock levels, and generating replenishment orders.

This position blends customer service, inventory management, and outside sales support. No sales experience? No problem, we will train the right person.

What You'll Do

Visit assigned customer locations on a regular schedule. Check inventory levels for our products and identify replenishment needs. Create accurate, timely orders based on customer usage and stock levels. Build strong relationships with customers. Keep shelves, bins, and product displays organized, clean, and properly labeled. Track usage trends and communicate opportunities or issues to the sales team. Ensure customers have the right product, in the right place, at the right time.

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Comfortable working independently. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Basic understanding of inventory or logistics is an asset, but not required. Must have a valid driver's license. Physically able to lift up to 40-50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods.
