VISUAL SPECIALIST

As a

Visual Specialist

, you help showcase the brand image in-store. With your creative eye and strong organizational skills, you assist in setting up visual displays, maintaining an attractive environment, and implementing marketing elements. Proactive and detail-oriented, you support the team in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY

Set up visual presentations according to company standards. Always maintain an attractive and well-stocked sales floor. Install marketing elements for promotions and special events. Provide a warm welcome and personalized advice to customers. Support the sales team and manage the sales floor in the absence of the manager or assistant manager. Train, guide, and support the team on visual standards. Collaborate with the management team to optimize visual actions based on departmental performance.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

High school diploma required. Management experience, ideally in retail and visual merchandising. Strong creativity and attention to detail. Ability to coach, motivate, and train a team. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset depending on the region. Good physical condition for handling and setting up tasks. Interest in interior decorating and fashion.

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

Permanent part-time position Flexible schedule based on store needs, including day and/or evening shifts Weekend availability required Standing for extended periods and handling merchandise Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs Frequent physical activity: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or step stools during merchandising and customer service tasks Possible peak periods during sales, holidays, or seasonal transitions Supportive and collaborative work environment
