Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain seasonal and themed product displays that maximize visual appeal and drive sales
Swiftly execute setups using manager-provided inspiration photos and showroom concepts
Style product zones including pottery, giftware, garden decor, floral displays, and holiday vignettes
Physically set up merchandising zones, including moving fixtures, adding shelving, and staging product
Use ladders and lifts to install signage, ceiling elements, or tall displays as needed
Coordinate with buyers and department staff to align displays with current promotions and product flow
Monitor stock levels and adjust displays to reflect restocking and seasonal changeovers
Ensure all merchandising areas remain clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in visual merchandising is required
Formal education in merchandising, retail design, or a related field is highly valued
Floral design experience is a strong asset
Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends (especially Sunday mornings)
Self-motivated, fast-working, and adaptable in a constantly changing retail environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Physically capable of lifting, moving displays, working on ladders, and handling pallets of product
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
