Job Description

We are looking for an art instructor assistant to help the painting & drawing programs for students aged from 5 -12 years old. Candidates must have a keen interest in teaching and be able to motivate and engage students in their artistic and creative pursuits.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the major teacher to complete the class plan such as drawing, painting, crafting programs.

Study the class plan, and be willing to learn and strong execution.

Strong organization for art supplies. Good at cleaning

Maintain accurate records of each student's progress

Requirements :

Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students

Be able to commit to teaching classes on an ongoing basis (mainly after school and weekends)

Excellent classroom, time and organizational skills in a classroom setting

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and strong interpersonal skills

Strong administration skills and the ability to keep a track record of students progress

In-depth knowledge and interest in expanding student knowledge in drawing, painting.
