Core Competencies:
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset Current BCLS certification (Level C) Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills Demonstrated effective communication skills Charting on Procura is an asset
Requirements:
Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months) Valid Driver's License & reliable car in community homecare is required Up to date TB test within last 2 years Must have your own:
a)Stethoscope
b) Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer
Note:
This is a specialty program forPeritoneal Dialysis (optional), Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care
in the community.Expectations:
