CarePartners is one of the largest home health care providers in Ontario and provides services for all 14 Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) and for patients and caregivers across Ontario in homes, schools, clinics, retirement homes and long-term care facilities.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs who desire great flexibility in their work schedules.

As an essential member of the care team, you deliver nursing care in accordance with nursing plans and professional practice standards. Your well-developed judgment will enable you to perform routine nursing duties, and your strong interpersonal skills will ensure that our patients receive high quality care.

YOU BRING:

• RN or RPN designation
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
• A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word and Outlook, work scheduling systems
• Current immunization record (within last 12 months)
• A valid driver's license and vehicle
• Current vulnerable sector check screening
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

In addition to providing home-based personal support, rehabilitation and therapy, nursing and palliative care across Ontario, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in nursing homes and shared care settings.

Through our outreach program, we've been organizing medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
