Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide personalized therapy sessions focused on child speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop effective treatment plans and implement therapy for language delays, articulation issues, literacy development, stuttering, and social communication.
Supervise SLPAs during weekly meetings, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring adherence to therapy goals and professional standards.
Engage in family and caregiver training to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and client records in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
Virtual therapy experience
Passion for working collaboratively with clients and their families to meet their communication goals.
