Responsibilities

• Calling clients with ongoing projects every week to ensure that they are 100% satisfied.
• Updating the client file after speaking with client, stating the progress of each project
• Escalating any issues to the correct department and OM
• Filling out the correct form to provide client details and list of issues to OM
• Following up with each client to make sure issues have been resolved after escalating to OM
• Asking client to provide 5 star reviews after issues have been resolved
• Making sure to follow up with each OM within 24 hours that client has been contacted
• Updating file within 24 hours with result from OM escalation
• Calling clients that want to cancel their contract
• Discussing project cancellations and updating file
• Providing feedback on each client cancellation
• Outbound client calls only(no inbound calls/emails whatsoever)
• If no response/action/solution from OM, escalating issues to BOM and CEO
• Creating reports to demonstrate progress for clients based on department

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, commission-based role is a MUST
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to build productive relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

• Potential to earn $234,000 annually in commission (this position is 100% commission)
