INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Szio+ is searching for a Healthcare Inside Sales Representative who aspires to be part of a rapidly growing startup in the natural health space. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of inside sales, understanding of professional supplement sales, phenomenal communication, persuasive skills and wants to be part of a start-up success journey. The successful candidate will, via phone and email, develop new partnerships with specialists (Urologists, Gynecologists, etc), NDs, Chiropractors, Integrative Medicine, and other healthcare providers and strengthen relationships with the current customer base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inside sales calls through phone or video meetings to share the benefits of our products with HCPs across North America.
  • Prospecting for new medical clinics that specialize in natural and women\xe2\x80\x99s health .
  • Generating leads and exploring areas of opportunity
  • Coordinating and promoting webinars delivered by health care professionals
  • Setting up and delivering virtual education sessions with professionals remotely.
  • Product Knowledge - Has excellent capabilities to learn and deliver technical medical information with confidence and charisma.
  • Should have the ability to articulate workflow, corporate business issues, and healthcare issues.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferably in commerce, life sciences, economics or arts and science
  • Must have 3+ years of previous healthcare sales experience.
  • French fluency would be an asset
  • Strong negotiator with persuasive skills; A self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment with an entrepreneurial approach;
  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve efficiency and meet customer demands
  • You have strong Analytical skills; Must have very strong Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet/office navigation skills;
  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal and follow up skills, including the ability to communicate verbally and in written form. The ability to follow up and follow through in a detailed and concise way is critical for this position.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot (CRM) would also be an asset.
  • An insatiable drive to drive results and hunt for new opportunities. While prioritization is paramount, no detail is too small to go unaddressed.
