The Virtual Engagement Associate must ensure that all agreed client objectives and program-related KPIs are consistently met. They will be responsible for communicating with healthcare professionals by educating and detailing the unique product(s) and/or services.

Key Objectives:
Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and medical clinic stakeholders by placing outbound phone calls on behalf of the client to deliver key service messages;
Build rapport with customers through high quality interactions and identifying the customer and patient needs;
Pre-call plan, identify the key clinic stakeholders and generate interest with each interaction;
Capture accurate key information discussed during calls in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM);
Be self-sufficient and have the ability to assess business opportunities to properly manage their HCP target list and meet call expectations;
Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner;
Help Ashfield maintain existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities to the direct manager based on daily interactions;
Maintain a professional team environment and peer to peer communication;
Manage relationships with the key influencers, clients and all Ashfield business units through regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered;
Support with meeting departmental fiscal year objectives;
Demonstrate the Ashfield values on a daily basis
Job Holder Specification:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
College or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
