Hello!
We are looking for someone to help manage spa bookings, customer service, emails, and online admin work. The scope of work may evolve with the position, potentially into an executive assistant role depending on the aspirations of the applicant.
We are also considering expanding this role into a position who may be called upon to help with in-real life events and activations. Such as sauna & cold plunge event setups, distributing drinks. etc.
You will preferably have 1hour of availability every day of the week including weekends for the admin portion of the job, however we are open to restructuring the availability scheduled based on needs.
We promise our customers a 24hr response time via text message & 48hr response time via email. Your working hours are quite flexible as a result. Most of your time will be spent on managing online bookings. The work load will vary day to day depending on number of inquiries, but will average about an hour a day. Should workload increase, we will adjust the hours accordingly. We would also expect the applicant to be savvy with social media, and able to help coordinate posting, DM responses, and engage with comments and the online community.
As such, we need someone who is looking for additional flexible working hours who has a high level of attention to detail and access to a computer and phone with reliable wifi. Ensuring our booking schedule remains full with no booking mistakes such as double bookings is your main priority. Being friendly helps too!
Proficiency in written and spoken English, email, messaging, and willingness to learn how to use booking and invoicing software is required.
