About the Employer:



Reporting to the Director of Client & Brand Experience, this part-time position is to cover a maternity leave, and for the right candidate, it could grow into something ongoing. You'll be supporting a best-selling author and renowned keynote speaker whose work inspires audiences worldwide. Our team is located in Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT). We're a small but mighty team, and we care as much about the experience of working together as we do about the work itself.

Hours & Flexibility:



This role is about

10-15 hours per week

, and the hours are flexible. We know life isn't all about work. As long as tasks are kept up to date and nothing falls behind, you'll have the freedom to shape your work schedule around family life and other commitments. Tight deadlines don't come up often, but reliability and consistency are essential.

Software/Platforms:



LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Google Mail, Asana, Slack, Dext, Relatable CRM, Trello.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage LinkedIn activities, including handling connection requests, direct messages, and maintaining the network. Monitor the CEO's public email, escalate important queries to the Director, and send outreach communications. Track and document podcast appearances and keynote speeches. Keep SOPs current and updated as directed by the Director or when systems change.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in administrative assistance. Proficiency with the listed software and platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
