About the Role:

We're looking for a VIP Host, an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-touch, customer-facing environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to VIP clients.Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strong relationships with VIP players
Provide personalized support and handle escalated issues
Collaborate with marketing to deliver custom offers and rewards
Maintain accurate account information and manage sensitive data with discretion
Gather feedback to help improve the overall player experience
What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in VIP support, hospitality, or customer success (gaming industry experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional, discreet, and highly customer-focused
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
