Violin Instructor

Job Description
The Fantasia Academy of Music is looking for a violin instructor, and the ability to teach other instruments such as piano or singing is an asset. The instructor should be patient and able to engage with children in a fun, encouraging manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year teaching experience RCM ARCT diploma, university music education, or equivalent ability to teach violin from beginners to immediate level Patient and kind with students Responsible and punctual
Assets:
Can teach multiple instruments (ideal but not required) Bilingual/multi-lingual - can teach in a language other than English Experience teaching adults as well as children
As lessons are taught primarily at students' locations, the teacher should have access to a car or another form of reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: On the road
