The Role:

Defined Designs is looking for an experienced vinyl / sign / vehicle wrap installer to join their team. This individual will work closely with the Print Shop Manager to plan, schedule, strategize graphic production and installation. They also perform essential functions to ensure overall client satisfaction and quality of service along with establishing and maintaining effective communication with other team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the staff to plan how best to handle installations to produce quality work

2. Application / installation of vinyl graphics on various types of materials and media

3. Willingness to work enthusiastically to meet or exceed client expectations

4. Willingness to learn and assist in the operation and maintenance of large format printers and laminators

5. Assisting in the preparation of materials for installation (ex. trimming material, prepping surfaces)

6. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2. 1-2 years in vinyl / sign / vehicle wrap installation

3. Reliable transportation and clean driving record

4. Ability to tow trailers is an asset

5. Strong knowledge of materials, large format printers and laminators is an asset

6. Ability to work proficiently independently, and in a team environment

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and problem solve

8. Ability to adjust to and accept change in direction and priorities and effectively respond to the situation

9. Ability to do basic math and confidently take accurate measurements

10. Detail oriented and attention to detail skills with the ability to work with precision

11. Ability to follow instructions, and ask questions for clarity when needed

12. Strong communication, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking ski8lls, and the ability to think outside of the box

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
