About the Position:

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Vintage Mystery Box Fulfillment Assistant

to join the Vibn E-Commerce Team. If you love vintage clothing, especially streetwear and sportswear, and want to be part of a fast-paced, growing brand -- this role is for you.

You'll be hands-on in our warehouse,

picking and packing mystery boxes

,

assembling and prepping packaging

,

opening and sorting incoming inventory

, and

keeping our space organized and efficient

. Every box that ships out is curated to surprise and delight a customer somewhere in the world -- and you'll be a key part of making that happen.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sorting incoming vintage inventory and organizing it based on condition, category, and platform (retail store vs. online). Assembling and prepping mystery boxes with care and attention to detail. Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficiently. Assisting with steaming and photographing select pieces for online drops. Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

Prior Experience

in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment is an asset.

Speed & Efficiency

are essential -- we move fast, especially during high-volume weeks.

Vintage Knowledge Bonus

: Familiarity with vintage clothing eras ('80s-2000s), top brands, trends, and understanding item value is a big plus.

Organizational Skills

to stay on top of inventory, packaging flow, and workspace cleanliness.

Hours (subject to change):

Full-Time (Specific hours to be discussed during the interview process).

Salary & Pay:

Starting at minimum wage, with potential adjustments based on performance factors and other considerations.
