Our national partner is currently seeking a Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator.
:
Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator - Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for Trimble Viewpoint ERP, including troubleshooting and managing user access.
Maintain system configuration, user roles, permissions, and workflows.
Collaborate with operations, accounting, and project teams to optimize system usage.
Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
Act as the first point of contact for Viewpoint-related questions and issues.
Work with Trimble support and third-party vendors to resolve escalated technical issues.
Support system upgrades, patches, and integration with other business applications.
Generate and manage standard and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Ensure compliance with data security and internal IT standards.
Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator - Mandatory Skills:Previous experience with Trimble Viewpoint ERP (Vista or Spectrum) in a support or administrator role.
Strong understanding of construction industry workflows (finance, payroll, project management, job costing).
Solid technical background in ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator - Nice-to-Have Skills:Prior experience working in a Canadian construction or contracting company.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Crystal Reports.
Exposure to system integrations with payroll, HR, or project management tools.
Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator - Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract with potential extension.
