Previous experience in home care, personal care, or mobility assistance (

preferred

Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check

Proof of negative TB skin test or medical clearance

Responsibilities

(Trach Nhi?m)

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. H? tr? khach hang trong cac nhi?m v? ch?m soc ca nhan, bao g?m t?m r?a, ch?i chu?t va thay qu?n ao.*
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Cung c?p b?u b?n va h? tr? tinh th?n cho khach hang, nuoi d??ng m?t moi tr??ng tich c?c va ?m ap.*
Help with meal preparation and planning, ensuring dietary needs are met. Giup chu?n b? va len k? ho?ch b?a ?n, ??m b?o ?ap ?ng cac nhu c?u ?n kieng.*
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Qu?n ly thu?c theo ch? ??nh va theo doi khach hang v? b?t k? thay ??i nao trong tinh tr?ng s?c kh?e.*

Skills

Experience in senior care or home care settings is highly desirable. Kinh nghi?m trong l?nh v?c ch?m soc ng??i cao tu?i ho?c ch?m soc t?i nha ???c ?anh gia cao.*
Strong caregiving skills with the ability to handle

heavy lifting

Proficient in meal preparation and understanding nutritional requirements for seniors. Thanh th?o trong vi?c chu?n b? b?a ?n va am hi?u v? cac yeu c?u dinh d??ng cho ng??i cao tu?i.*
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety practices. Ki?n th?c v? cac quy trinh qu?n ly thu?c va cac bi?n phap an toan.*
