This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting office operations. Duties
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
Support bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks functions as needed
Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
Provide customer support through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support medical or dental office operations if applicable, including patient check-in and record management
Handle administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and document preparation
Requirements
Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong computer skills including data entry and document proofreading
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Customer service experience with a professional demeanor
Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong typing skills and knowledge of office procedures such as filing and record keeping
Medical or dental office experience is a plus but not required
