The position is located in Montreal, in Canada in north America, in a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions

will you lead?

As a VIE Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our data-driven decision-making process by
collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets. You will work closely with various departments
to identify trends, generate insights, and help the company optimize its operations.
Your main mission will be :

Data Management & Quality

Collect, clean, and audit data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Apply data governance best practices to ensure compliance with privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze large datasets using tools like Python, R, and SQL to uncover trends and insights. Define KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Reporting, Visualization & Automation

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI. Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions. Stay current with data science trends and recommend improvements to analytics workflows.

What are the qualifications

we are looking for?



Education:

Master's degree in Data Science/Data analytics/Statistics/Mathematics/Business or Engineering

Work experience:

At least one year as data analyst or similar field (internship/apprenticeship included)

Skills:

Microsoft Office 365 package Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data automation is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
