Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par les Ministeres francais de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangeres, du Ministere de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministere de la Transition ecologique et de la Cohesion des territoires et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.
Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :
Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut debuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvieme anniversaire)
Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.
Etre imperativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE Chef de projet en transformation et amelioration est a pourvoir au sein de Societe en commandite Airbus Canada a Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. Sous la responsabilite directe du chef de la division A220 Upgrades, le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion de projet de l'execution des A220 Upgrades (retrofit). La mission principale de l'equipe est de garantir la competitivite de l'A220 et la satisfaction des clients en fournissant des modifications optionnelles en service couvrant la cabine, la cellule, l'avionique et la connectivite.
Missions et responsabilites :
Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
Gerer le portefeuille de projets de reduction des delais d'execution des mises a niveau de l'A220
Etablir et mettre en oeuvre les elements cles des processus d'offre et d'execution des mises a niveau avion en utilisant la methodologie LBIP, les phases et les jalons.
Identifier les opportunites et definir des chartes de projet pour ameliorer la maturite du processus.
Supporter la feuille de route, les risques et les opportunites dans les activites de transformation de l'activite mise a niveau et la revue trimestrielle du PRM A220 Airframe Services.
Gerer, controler et s'assurer de l'amelioration continue des processus.
representer les mises a niveau dans le cadre du processus de gestion des changements du programme A220 et veiller a ce que la mise a niveau soit executee conformement a l'engagement du client.
vous etes responsable de la coordination generale des services A220 et de la communication avec le client en ce qui concerne le developpement et l'execution des mises a niveau
atteindre les objectifs du projet (temps, portee, cout, qualite, marge) a la satisfaction du client
participer a l'equipe de travail integree afin de garantir une mise en oeuvre dans les delais et les couts prevus
gere les risques et les opportunites et met en oeuvre des mesures d'attenuation si necessaire
si necessaire, aide le client a preparer la mise en oeuvre de la solution de mise a niveau (y compris l'organisation - le cas echeant - de la mise en oeuvre sur site et le soutien du back-office)
Competences requises
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :
Vous etes titulaire d'une licence ou d'un diplome en ingenierie, en administration des affaires ou equivalent.
Vous faites preuve de solides competences en matiere de leadership, conformement au modele de leadership d'Airbus.
Vous avez une connaissance detaillee des processus de gestion d'entreprise et des meilleures pratiques ;
Vous avez des competences en gestion de projet ;
Vous avez une experience et une bonne comprehension du LBIP ;
En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :
Vous avez de fortes capacites d'analyse, de planification, de resolution de problemes et de bonnes competences interpersonnelles.
Vous faites preuve d'ouverture d'esprit et d'une grande capacite a travailler en equipe.
Vous etes capable de gerer une equipe multidisciplinaire d'experts afin d'assurer la collaboration et les engagements ;
Excellentes capacites de communication en anglais et en francais tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Upgrades Transformation & Project Manager has arisen within Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
Reporting directly to the Head of A220 Upgrades the jobholder will be responsible for the project management of A220 Upgrades (retrofit) execution.The key mission of the team is to secure A220 competitiveness and customer satisfaction by providing optional in-service modifications covering cabin, airframe, avionics and connectivity.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
?Manage the A220 Upgrades Leadtime Reduction Project Portfolio
Establish and implement the key elements of the upgrade offer and execution processes using the LBIP methodology, phases and milestones.
Identify opportunities and define project charters to improve the process maturity.
Support Roadmap, Risk & Opportunities in Upgrades Business transformation activities and the Quarterly A220 Airframe Services PRM Review
Manage, control and continuously improve the process.
Represent Upgrades within the A220 program change management process and ensure that the Upgrade is executed per customer commitment
Responsible for overall A220 Services coordination and communication to the customer as it relates to the upgrades development and execution
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality, margin) to customer satisfaction
Participate in the Integrated Working Team to ensure on-time and on-cost implementation
Manages risks and opportunities and implements mitigation actions when required
When required, assist the customer preparing the upgrade solution embodiment (including organizing - when relevant - the embodiment on site and back office support)
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
You hold a bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
You show strong leadership skills in line with the Airbus leadership model
Strong knowledge on business management processes and best practices;
Project management skills;
Experience and understanding of LBIP;
You have strong analytical skills, planning, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills
in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
You show an open mind and a great ability to work as a team player
Ability to manage a team of Subject Matter experts from multiple teams to ensure collaboration and engagements;
Excellent communication skills in English & French;
