Join us in telling the story of what God is doing!
Trinity Church is seeking a creative, mission-driven storyteller--someone who comes alive behind the lens and is passionate about capturing the stories of life-change through video and photography.
This is more than just a media role. It's a calling to inspire, highlight the beauty of transformed lives, and amplify stories that awaken hearts in our community. Your primary focus will be to support our Arts, NextGen, and Discipleship teams as we invite all to courageously follow Jesus.
As part of our team, you'll report directly to the Director of Innovation and Experience and collaborate closely with the Communications Manager to create compelling media assets that serve not just our ministries, but our city--and beyond.
Success in this role means more than technical skills. It's about having a deep love for people, an attentive eye for God's work, and a desire to tell meaningful stories with excellence and heart.
Responsibilities:
Produce High-Quality, Engaging Video Content:
Under the direction of the Communications Manager, plan, set up, direct, shoot, and edit videos and reels as requested by all ministry areas (including, but not limited to Weekends, NextGen, Discipleship, Communications and Global Events)
Capture Live Footage & Photos:
Independently from the live production team, capture video and photo content that highlights the life and people of Trinity across all gatherings and events. Lead a team of volunteer photographers and videographers to regularly document weekend services, events & gatherings. Ensure staff and leadership headshots are kept up to date on the website.
Media and Asset Management:
Manage and organize all captured video footage and photographs. Edit assets as needed and make them available to the Creative Content Curator. Maintain all video equipment and cameras used by the post-production team and volunteers. Oversee and champion Trinity's YouTube channel, strategically archiving weekend and ministry content to increase online reach.
Creative Contribution:
Bring fresh, creative ideas for new ways to expand Trinity's video and photography presence. Support the Production Manager by exploring creative uses of camerawork within live productions.
Support General Production Needs:
Assist the Production Manager and Technical Director with technical installations, equipment maintenance, and other production-related projects across the campus throughout the week.
