Job Description

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create video ads, social reels, product/service explainers, and customer testimonials that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:



Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms, ad campaigns, and testimonials. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video storyboards and scripts. Capture high-quality audio and visuals, ensuring professional lighting, framing, and sound. Edit and optimize videos with graphics, animations, captions, and effects for maximum impact. Ensure videos are tailored to platform-specific requirements and trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Manage video equipment, studio setup, and on-location shoots as needed. Stay up-to-date with video marketing trends, editing styles, and social media algorithms. Deliver projects on time while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in social media or advertising. Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Knowledge of motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading is a plus. Ability to handle end-to-end video production - from concept to final delivery. Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, detail, and branding. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Portfolio showcasing relevant work (social media videos, ads, testimonials).

Nice-to-Have:



Photography skills for social media content. Experience in creating UGC-style (user-generated content) videos. Familiarity with marketing funnels and performance-driven content.
