Summary

We are seeking dedicated Surveillance Operators to join our team in Winnipeg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining safety and security through effective monitoring of surveillance systems. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide exceptional security services.

Responsibilities

Monitor live video feeds from CCTV systems to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and alerts as they arise. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for review. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Conduct regular checks on surveillance equipment to ensure functionality. Maintain accurate records of all activities during shifts. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and teamwork. Ability to write clear and concise reports. Familiarity with dispatching procedures is a plus. Skills in conflict management and loss prevention are beneficial. Attention to detail and strong observational skills are essential.

Pay: $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
