Video Service Advisor

to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team at Wonder Auto & Tire Halifax-- someone who can connect with our customers through short, engaging videos that explain recommended vehicle repairs and maintenance upgrades.

What You'll Be Doing:

Recording personalized videos to walk customers through their vehicle inspection results Breaking down technician-recommended repairs in a way that's clear, honest, and easy to understand Create accurate parts and labor service estimates Recommending maintenance upgrades to help customers get the most out of their vehicles Acting as a trusted advisor- to build customer confidence and long-term loyalty Using our service software to communicate efficiently with both technicians and customers Support any and all activities that help elevate the experience we provide to our guests

Who are we looking for?

A strong, clear, and personable speaking voice Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language Comfortable using video tools and basic tech platforms A passion for helping customers make informed decisions Team player with great communication and attention to detail
