Job Position:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Video Production Assistant to join our in-house digital content team. This is an on-site position ideal for someone with a passion for video editing, media publishing, and fluent in written Cantonese (Hong Kong standard).

You will support the daily production of YouTube content, playing a vital role in upholding our quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Edit daily video content for YouTube Correct Chinese (Hong Kong style) subtitles and script typos to ensure professional publishing standards Add title cards, overlays, audio tracks, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement Upload and schedule videos with appropriate metadata, thumbnails, and tagging Ensure all content is released on time and aligns with our publishing calendar

Qualifications

Proficient in Cantonese (reading & amp; writing) - knowledge of Hong Kong writing style is essential 1+ year experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools) Familiar with YouTube platform and content publishing best practices Excellent attention to detail, especially in typo correction and subtitles Strong time management and organizational skills Able to work on-site in our Markham office (this is not a remote position) Previous media, news, or digital content production experience is an asset
